I received a warning from my school for absences due to train travel and my mental health. I used to be on time, but since my mental health has plummeted, I've been struggling with it. Others in my class have many more unexcused absences.

Do you know that feeling when you're studying and you don't know what to eat because otherwise you just want to chill after eating? I do, so someone has food that's good for studying phases, where you can't get particularly distracted and don't get into chill mode. Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks
