Simson S51 no ignition spark? Can't find the source of the problem?

Hi, I have a question. A few weeks ago I completely disassembled my Simson S51 and had the frame parts powder coated! Then I put it back together and it wouldn't start because there was no spark! We've tried everything, we unplugged all the cables and reconnected them correctly! We replaced the coils on the base plate and installed a new flywheel! We swapped various parts from our other Simson that works to see if they might be broken, but all the parts that we installed from my Simson in the working Simson all worked! We also installed parts from the working Simson in the Simson that wouldn't start and it still wouldn't start! We measured all the cables and checked for a broken cable, we measured the ignition coil and also the spark plug connector! Everything works but it won't start! Can anyone help me? We're really at a loss!

It could be that the powder coating is no longer a point of mass at the frame.

Because no ground contact can also lead to the fact that the simulator does not start.

Also directly exchanged the ignition coil?

If necessary, turn off the spark plug connector and the cable around 2 cm short, so that the screw connection from the spark plug connector gets properly contact in the ignition cable again.

That’s not what I think of.

For test purposes, a loose line of mass stops on the ignition coil as to whether sparks come on the candle.

Check all cables

Here’s the plan

Ignition key was in and on, is often forgotten in the hectic.

If this line connector should be a luster clamp in the circuit diagram, then exchange it for a new one.

Because in the event of damage to the luster clamp, something like this can happen that the current will not be conducted.
