You can’t accept papers.
You can either apply the small-powered papers for 60 Kmh at the Kba if the No export moped is. Spoiler 99 percent of vehicles on the market without paper are export vehicles or:
You make a paragraph 21 full acceptance in a review organization of your choice and either leave it there
enter 50 kmh as a small-powered wheel and can ride, but have to throttle the moped beforehand or
60kmh as a low-power wheel and then it can only be driven with A1 and has to go to Tüv every 2 years
Furthermore, this report must then be stamped only by the local admission office, then you could register it in the case of 60kmh/A1 admission.
If you want to do tuning, and want to drive more than 60kmh, you need to consult with a tester who accompanies your project and tells you what he does and what doesn’t, plus what you need to change at the chassis. This is very costly

Simsons have stock protection if they are technically in their original condition, they may drive as fast as they were allowed to do so before the legal situation has changed by reunification.

The Simme doesn’t have to be “registered” and you’re driving the normal with small insurance signs. May be legal 60km/h fast.

You need them in general. Even as an A1 wheel, you will not be allowed without paper.

NO!!!!

You need a new version of the old papers. A 50ccm machine can no longer be approved as a vehicle of the A1 class. That would be motorcycles from 80ccm.

What about 45 kmh of papers? When we got Opa’s old Simson out of the haze, we’re going to the DEKRA, they let them check and get new papers. There was Simson S51 in there and nothing of 45. It was then possible to hollow the insurance sign.

Not “can” you need to apply for new papers if you want to move the oven legally in road traffic.
