Unfortunately only on private grounds. For Sl1 and Sr2 you unfortunately need a Mofa test certificate and this is only possible with 15…

The class you mean is now AM and is only possible from 15, in some federal states only from 16. With this one you can drive all Simson models, the 50ccm.

I have just said that the sperber is not considered a KKR but as a motorcycle, ergo motorcycle and therefore he must not move it because he has more performance. Maybe I should have looked straight ahead. Unlike the other models, the sperber has 4.6PS and not 3.6PS.

Whether the model is called sperber or Habicht, nothing changes that your statement is grossly wrong.

49ccm, 75 km/h.

If you want to claim that he is allowed to drive a vehicle with these performance values, you’ll commit him to a crime.

You’re on the wood road. The vehicle what you mean is sperber (Sr4-3), is allowed to 75kmh, no longer a small motorcycle and has 70ccm. But I meant everyone up to 50ccm. The Habicht (Sr4-4) is the sputtered version of the sperber with 50ccm. Yes, it is quite fast, but allowed to 60kmh. Please don’t just advise on good luck in legal matters, thank you.

A Simson Habicht with 50ccm and 75 km/h is not a small motorcycle within the meaning of the provisions of the GDR.

A few years ago, the driving licence was introduced with 15 as a pilot project in some federal states. If this now applies without exception to all, I thank you for the correction. However, you can drive all Simson vehicles with 50ccm with the driving licence AM. Otherwise, I would have liked to know the exceptions. Thank you.

In no country, class AM can only be acquired from 16 onwards, the FV applies nationwide. In addition, this class is in no way entitled to run all Simson models with 50 ccm. Please don’t just advise on good luck with legal questions, thank you.
