Simson Betriebserlaubnis 60km/h?

Hallo, bin neulich auf eine Ebay Kleinanzeige gestoßen, in der stande, dass man durch einen Paragraphen 21 eine 60km/h Zulassung für Reimporte (Ungarnmopeds) bei der Dekra, oder beim Tüv bekommt. Nun frage ich mich wie das gehen soll, wenn man beim KBA Papiere beantragt, schauen die ja in ihren Verkaufsregistern aus der DDR wohin das Fahrzeug verkauft wurde. Hat der Tüv/ Dekra diese Register auch, oder schauen die nur nach Blincker, Hupe, Soziusrasten usw…?

Right, so the seller wants to make a full withdrawal according to §21 StVZO instead.

In order for the vehicle to fall under the exemption pursuant to §76 FeV and be allowed to be driven with class AM, it must have been on the market for the first time in the GDR.

Even if the expert issuing an opinion for 60 km/h you have not and the accreditation body shall grant it an accreditation on the basis of this opinion you have not, that would be completely inconvenient, because it is not a GDR vehicle. 60 km/h are then entered, but it must not be run with class AM, since the condition for the derogation is not fulfilled. Thus, it would be a normal low-power wheel for which at least class A1 is required.
