Simson 50ccm auf 60ccm?

Hallo,

Ich habe eine S51 die jetzt einen eingefahrenen 60 Kolben und Zylinder hat. Mein Problem ist aber ich komme mit dem 60ccm nicht über 60kmH. Hab ich beim Umbau von 50ccm auf 60ccm irgendwas verkehrt gemacht ? Auf was muss ich alles achten( jedes Detail zählt)

Ist ein 4 Kanal wichtig oder so etwas ?

Let’s ask: Why do you make sun, blame… bullshit at all? I have to agree with Philipp. Either you leave the thing original or you do it decent. More space does not bring a higher end speed. To achieve this, you should change the gear. However, in order to have the same acceleration, the power of the engine must be increased by increased displacement and various other adjustments, which will probably not be too much for your 10ccm.

what decent? nh 60/4 e.g. creates loose 95 kmh+. In addition, “transformation” does not make a big difference (as long as it is not 3 walk).

You can enlarge channels, adjust control times, e.g. AOA3 or Zt Reso, nh 19er / 21er Gaser and nh Air Filter Mat r.

possible nh 1.6 he disk spring or nh 5 disk if the clutch then slides!

More space does not automatically bring more speed. The speed is determined by motor rotation and gear gradation. Either you have to increase the maximum engine speed, or the gear needs another gear, the number of gears is countless, it’s just about the highest gear.

And whoever believes that you can do a motor by changing only a part, also believes in Santa Claus. Intake, combustion, control, exhaust system, all of this is connected and coordinated. If you do, you have to make it easy and coordinate everything. And don’t just screw other cylinders on it and think you were doing good tuning.

It may be that all of this looks a little easier at ner Simme than in a car, but the principle always remains the same.

That wasn’t worthwhile at all, it would be better to go from 50ccm directly to 70ccm or 80ccm, then of course you need to adapt everything and change a lot, but to explain that too in detail would take too long. You don’t do that if you don’t know, you could watch a video on the internet.
