There are some steps you can try out to remove Sims 3 from your Origin Game Library:

  1. Restart Origin and try again to remove the game.
  2. Check if the game needs to be updated before it can be removed.
  3. Try to remove the game in offline mode by starting Origin in offline mode.
  4. Check if the game is installed on another partition or another drive and remove it there.
  5. Check if there are any problems with your administrator rights and try to remove it with administrator rights.
  6. Try to uninstall the game via the Control Panel.
