Sim.de no network and doesn't work at all?

Hello,

I switched from Vodafone to sim.de on May 14, 2024. Vodafone was too expensive for me and I canceled my subscription two years before the expiration date, so I switched to Sim.de with number portability. Everything worked except for the network. Since I started using Sim.de on May 31, I haven't seen a single network connection. Never 4G/5G, only Edge, and still no internet. I'm only using Wi-Fi at the moment.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried everything: restarting, taking out and putting in the SIM card. Even the settings on my iPhone 13 Pro Max didn't help. If nothing changes this week, I'll probably go back to Vodafone and pay more…

Hallo,

da eigentlich bekannt ist, dass in D nicht alle 3 Mobilfunknetze flächendeckend empfangbar sind, sollte man sowas immer im Vorfeld prüfen!

Entweder bei Bekannten oder Nachbarn oder in der Netzkarte nachsehen, ob im am meisten besuchten Gebiet auch guter Empfang herrscht:

Wenn es bei Dir der Fall ist, kannst Du den vertrag auch wieder kündigen!

Ist die Karte aktiviert und gibt es an deiner Location auch O2 Empfang? Was sagt der Support dazu?
