Mein Mann hat eine weihnachtsgans gemacht, sie war jetzt 3 stunden im ofen. und jetzt wo er sie rausgenbommen hat ist die soße der ganz michig weiß. und schmeckt nur nach fett. wer kann helfen das es gerettet wird?

With us there is this year as an appetizer Manduguk, as a main dish there will be japchae, as a supplement with small bowls with rice and kimchi and as a dessert Yaksik and a traditional fruit salad. To drink there is a selection of soy, wine, cocktails and mocktails, mackerel, strawberry milk, hot chocolate, tea of any kind and of course also water.
For the family there will be – probably – Hawaii toast.

I will enchant myself with a delicious, colourful oven vegetables – with vegan Zaziki, hummus and homemade walnut bread. ;
We always have fondue, but different. Once the classic fondue me meat, then also cheese fondue or last year a Japanese variant.
Last year I got the “old” raclette from my grandparents (rest in peace in all four places) and probably we will use this year to New Year’s Eve.

Probably cheese fondue, or fondue chinoise.
Normally every year raclette but the men want this year raspberry and I am absolutely not thrilled because I don’t like pork but I was overtuned 🙁

No, because I eat it anyway, it tastes me, only it wouldn’t be my first choice. But they’re looking for me to get the most lean meat and I’m allowed to pick up the supplements.
