Silvercrest Bluetooth Box beep (battery empty) heard when charging?

I own two Silvercrest Bluetooth music boxes. The batteries in both are dead. One due to prolonged disuse, and the other due to a new purchase.

If I plug these speakers into the power supply, they constantly play the low battery tone. It only pauses when I try to turn the speaker off and hold the button down. However, when I release the button, it starts again. Can someone explain to me how I can interpret this or change it? Are both speakers broken, or is there a trick to fix it? I've already tried different cables, power adapters, and outlets.

Solution: Do not buy noname Chinese scrap like Silvercrest.

FAQ:

  • But they won’t sell products that don’t work properly?

A: Yes! Do them. For years. Every day.

Should I send you some photos from the boxes full of such “Lidl-Ware” the customers with me because ne repair is no longer worth it? Oh, nice, every 10, it’s not going to break right away. Humanity is really lost 🤦🏼 ♂️ and the Chinese laugh dead.

My Bluetoothbox has been working for +10 years without problems, battery still at about 90%. But please, buy your cheap scrap.
