Signaling on the highway?
Hello my love,
Have you ever asked yourself this question? Many people on the highway change lanes and only signal when they're almost at the new lane. What's the point of that? You're supposed to indicate where you want to go before changing lanes.
Right. I'm often noticed by people who, according to their way of travel, do not seem to say anything to blinkers or safety distance…
The reason why they're still blinking in the aftermath is not obvious to me either. Maybe they'll strip the blinker when they turn the wheel or something…
Hello,
I give you perfect rights. You have to put the blinker prematurely so that the other road users also have the opportunity to react appropriately to your maneuver with pre-announcement (your blinker).
I do this like this: Activate the blinker lever completely (not tapping, then flashing only three times), then let it flash at least three times and only then initiate maneuvers or see if I can initiate it.
How many times have I experienced that people take the left track and start to flash when it is too late. That would have saved me many progressive brakes and saved my charges if people were to do it as you should.
best regards
So that the track-hold assistant no longer intervenes.
It's really incomprehensible, I've been thinking about it more often. Maybe people just don't know what to do about flashing? It would make sense to flash before.
Because the backman said, "Blinken, You Ar…!"
Probably the good will because
You've been blinking
