Can an inflammation of the glans be seen on an ultrasound at the urologist?

Hello,

Would a urological ultrasound examination reveal if you had glans inflammation?

I think I have a phimosis and therefore unfortunately cannot see the entire glans but only the head of the glans from above

Thanks !

I’m sure a urologist doesn’t need ultrasound. With ultrasound, only certain structures (liquids, bones, for example) can be seen in inner organs.

Inflammations can be seen in the blood, and there is also a secretion at the place, or it is hot and reddened….

go to the doctor if the foreskin doesn’t go back and you can’t wash yourself properly. What to do will the doctor decide with you.

Cut the stretch or fore skin.

No. An ultrasound is not there. We urologists can recognize a balanitis even if the pre-skin is not entirely attributable.

No for that you have to let your forema go down with a doctor and I’ll tell you this will be painful

Why don’t you cut? There will be smegma under it plus glue
