Sicherheitscode Instagram?
Hi,
ich hatte gestern das letzte mal Zugriff auf meinen Instagram Account, weil ich genötigt werde meine Identität per SMS Code zu bestätigen.
Das Ding ist, dass ich die SMS auch an meine Handynummer senden lasse, nu rleider bekomme ich den 6 stelligen Code nicht, weder SMS noch Whatsapp, Email habe ich keine verwendet daher gibt es nur DIESE Möglichkeit irgendwie wieder Zugriff darauf zu bekommen, aber wie ? wenn Instagram mir keine SMS sendet.
Wäre glücklich über sinnvolle Lösungsvorschläge oder woran das liegen könnte. Danke

It can happen temporarily at any service, the SMS cannot be transmitted. It’s Sunday – and it’s not likely that the full support staff will be active.
I would try it again later.
Generally: 2FA is a fine thing, only you should always consider an alternative second factor – otherwise you quickly lock out who a factor does not work.
Here the people who find this painfully, for example, after a change in the mobile telephone number, are so to speak. 😉
I think that there’s ever a sms I think it’s a rumor.
Then there is only one left to try to reach the support.
This is such a fiebert room, to change my password I get the code and can also change it but will still be asked to confirm my identity with the code I never get.
