Shure SM7DB interface or mixer?

Which interface or mixer should I go with?

Interface: Shure Audio Interface MOTIV MVX2U

Interface: Focusrite Scarlett Solo – 4th Generation

Mixer: TC Helicon GoXLR Mini, Mixer & USB Audio Interface

The only difference between the first and second interfaces is the sample rate. The first is 48 kHz, the second is 192 kHz, and I don't know if that makes much of a difference.

You must definitely see that you get the -59 dB balanced again. The rest is more a matter of taste.

should then be detachable by means of gain.

Gain = preamplifier

I don't know if that makes a big difference

No one really needs it.
