I recently purchased a Shure SM7dB. Since this model now has a built-in microphone preamp with extra gain, my question is: If I connect it to my UA-Volt 2 interface, should I be able to record without having to worry about insufficient gain?
Am I seeing this correctly?

I recently switched to PC and can't talk. I can hear everything, but I can't talk. I've tried everything, but it still doesn't work. Do you have any tips? How can I fix this?
