Treiber kannst versuchen über Windows Update zu Installieren oder auf der Website des Herstellers herunterzuladen und dann installieren.
Wird dein Gerät überhaut erkannt?
Dazu kannst du beim Geräte-Manager nachschauen ob da dein Mikrofon wirklich als Mikrofon gelistet wird.
Und ein Blick in die Sound-Systemeinstellungen wäre auch vllt hilfreich.
Und vor allem mal den PC neu starten kann auch helfen.
