Shouldn't I put something like this off for too long?
I don't know if it's nerves or lumbago, but I'm hoping it will go away on its own. But it's quite possible that I need to see a doctor. I've had really strong back pain since yesterday, in one spot on the bottom of my back and on my shoulder blades; every movement hurts. I have a burning sensation in my back and I'm dizzy and nauseous. I also get the occasional headache. I didn't want to go to the doctor for a week or so. I want to put it off as long as I can; I don't want to get a sick note now.
But hello,
I wouldn't put it off that long – unless it
will be better by Monday.
All the best

PS:
At night the body should be able to recover –
This morning pain is totally unusual.
So start with the cause (eg constant bad posture at night)
Because the best therapy does not help in the long run as long as
This continues to exist.
It is also crucial which sleeping position you predominantly
takes?
The following happens, regardless of daily or nightly
Poor posture:
Left image: A spinal canal narrowing due to unilateral
Stress on the spine
Right image: The intervertebral disc fibrous ring (bulge)
pushes towards the spinal canal
In both cases, the nerves emerge from the spinal canal
Nerve strands are compressed, causing pain and inflammation
consequence.
Morning problems such as dizziness and headaches
For example, they often come from the cervical vertebrae?
Here, for example, the ideal position for side sleeping, with one foot
can be angled so that you do not have to
Stomach can tilt. (As a recovery position)
The goal must be body-friendly
Lie down without bending your spine!
Good night and healthy sleep

Yesterday at the agency doctor and just left me sick for yesterday, as pain is so bad. Want to work again next week. Have also taken medicines against pain and dizziness before the doctor, so far it has no effect. Even before I had been with the doctor, I took a dicloben and mexal, which did not help. And with warmth, pain never makes sense. Can only wait and hope that the medicines will work soon before the doctor
Respect, you're very strong!
Just want to leave work and my colleagues down, they are lost without me and then even less than usual. We're too small staff anyway.
Really a very honorable behavior. You have my full respect.
Of your type, Germany needs more.
Thank you very much. I am just a dear and honest person and often think of others π₯Ίπ
It reads like a nervous story. I wouldn't wait any longer, but I'd pick up a doctor.
I also think somehow, because it's really not a witch shot, then it can be good that it doesn't go away without a doctor, that's what belongs to it and needs medication or massage. Only has to work today, can't go to the doctor, but could be Monday after work in the evening.
I wish you better from Costa Rica.
