Should one complete cadre training during basic military service?

In school we learned that there were third estates in the Middle Ages. 1st Estate: Clergy (Pope, monks, bishops, etc.) 2nd Estate: Nobility (knights, counts, etc.). 3rd Estate: Peasants (farmers, craftsmen, etc.). Theoretically, there were also hierarchies among the peasants. Craftsmen lived better and mostly in the center. Farmers in the countryside lived the worst….
