Should I wear the shoes to the interview?

I'm a 16-year-old girl and I have an interview for a part-time job (service employee) at a hotel. I already have a shirt, trousers, etc., but my shoes (Vans) have a tear in the edge and so far no one at school or anywhere similar has noticed, but I'm still worried that it might make me look unkempt or disorganized at the interview. I don't have any other shoes, not even any to borrow.
