Should I politely email you to ask if an apartment is available?
Hello, I would like to email a real estate agency and ask if an apartment/property is available for rent. I just don't know how to phrase it nicely. Can anyone help me?
“Dear Ms. xyz,
I wanted to ask if there is an apartment available for rent?" sounds a bit stupid. I would be happy to receive an answer
Very…
I am interested in an apartment of size x-y and would be happy to offer rentals.
Maybe I would write:
Shortly to my person:
24j, female, standing alone, fixed at Nestle AG for 6 years
Non-smoking, no pets
So cool things should come.
Don’t, have 12 dogs.
But you can’t lie either.
So with housing companies is the easiest thing to say if you can sit on the waiting list.
Then you will receive a document that you need to fill out, in there are all the data included to your person and how many tenants will move in and what you deserve and when you can move in.
This document is sent back to the apartment building company and once a suitable property is released you will be notified to visit.
I did this in the area with several construction companies for social housing.
Here in the area is just really much built and also new residential areas shot with fiberglass internet and if anything gets free and then I also move around into a new apartment with low heating costs with elevator good internet and stuff.
But it’s probably because people who don’t have an apartment will probably be accommodated first. But I don’t give up the hope that I’ll get a nice social apartment at some point.
How do I understand? Dear Ms. X, I would like to sit on the waiting list?
Googlen after the company. I always write:
Hello dear clerks (kling more polite than very acclaimed)
I am looking for a new beautiful apartment and wanted to ask if the possibility exists to put me (and my family) on the waiting list.
I can be reached during the day (handy nr) or call back.
See you soon,
Family XY.
Maybe one more reason why you’re looking for apartment and maybe how grumpy it should be
