Should I do this training plan/training split instead?
So my training plan is: 3 times a week.
day 1: Rest
Day 2: Chest, shoulders, biceps
day 3: Rest
day 4: legs
day 5: rest
Day 6: Back, Triceps
day 7: rest
and so forth…
Since I've heard that you should train each muscle group twice a week for optional muscle building, I'm thinking about adding another day, an upper body day (legs only once a week). My question is, is that a good idea or not?
You have to judge this by yourself on the basis of results and personal implementation nobody else knows your body except you.
If you train hard, then leave at 1x when you get in and don’t train like that, then you can get 2x. Try out 2x, but don’t get too complicated because it fits whs from the regeneration anyway nicth (if you train scheit), and after that it’s a richer experience, but restore
So I go 3 times a week to see the plan
Monday:brust
Wednesday: back
Friday: whole body
