I have an anxiety disorder, and it's caused by physical symptoms. Because I got all this anxiety from extrasystoles. I'm out jogging right now, and it's cold. I've dressed warmly and have a bit of a cold, or rather, a runny nose, and a slight cough. Sometimes I even go to handball training with a slight cold. In short, I have to worry about myocarditis. Because it's been a fear I've been with for a long time, and I'd like to get rid of it.
