Should I ask about my training?

Hello, I did an internship last summer. I also received confirmation of an apprenticeship, both verbally and via email. My boss said she was on vacation for four weeks. After a week, I sent her an email because I still had a few questions. Exactly four weeks have passed since then. In the email confirmation, she said she would send me the necessary information. Should I wait? Or write an email?

Not that they forgot me or anything, I hope not
