Should/can you sunbathe every day?
Is it bad to sunbathe every day? And how long are you actually allowed to sunbathe for six hours? Theoretically, it doesn't matter as long as you don't get sunburned with sunscreen, right? For example, I sunbathe almost every day in the summer when it's reasonably warm and the sun is shining. And I always do that for about 1-2 hours. Is that good? Also for getting a tan, or can you go longer? Because with sunscreen, you can actually stay in the sun much longer, as long as you don't get sunburned. So how much sunbathing is too much, too little, and just perfect? I also wanted to ask if body lotion is enough after sunbathing, or if an after-sun lotion is much better. Thanks and regards, Josh

Take sunscreen with a high light protection factor, then you can stay in the sun for an hour.
