Short frenulum?

I (m, 14) am not sure if my frenulum is too short and wanted to find out more before I see a urologist. In my case, I can pull the foreskin all the way down without any pain in my frenulum or penis. However, if I pull the foreskin all the way tight, which also puts strain on the frenulum, the glans completely bends.

(Unfortunately, the picture isn't that good) something like this. And because that's the only indication that even possibly points to it, I was hoping for a helpful answer here.
