Hey, I'm 13 and I have two sports shirts that I really like to wear because they're too long (in my opinion). Does anyone have any ideas on how to style them so they look better again?

Hey, is it harmful to take 2-3 Nurofen tablets every day for 3 days during your period? Nothing else helps me—no heat, no exercise (yoga), or anything else. I've tried everything (my period is very heavy).
So, I'm underweight even though I eat a lot, and I'd like to gain weight. I exercise twice a week (sometimes more often), but not excessively. My whole family is pretty thin, even though they all eat a lot. Can I still gain weight?
