If the span is equal for both (?) 12 is of course better. In this way, the gear jumps are smaller. This is particularly interesting to save (a) energy by driving as always in the optimal gear and (b) very good to drive even without E.
In general, I found that Cube is one of the biggest competitors against Riese&Müller. If you compare both brands, the price/performance ratio of Cube is much better. I don’t know how they can do that.
Save on other things the cheaper are like protective sheet etc
For 120 €, you will already receive luxury protective sheets and baggage carriers. The price difference is often over €1,000. And even in ‘hidden’ Data, such as admissible system weight, Cube is often even slightly ahead (160 vs 150 kg). Frame and spring fork can therefore not even be much worse. The Bosch Performance line is also often installed at Cube. There’s no difference. On the contrary, the Kiox is often included here, and at R&M you only have the Intuvia and would have to buy the Kiox at an extra cost.
I would be really interested, but so far I could find really nix worse on the cube, where I could really have said ok that now makes the over 1000 €.
12-speed fits only to very specific microspline freewheels, but offers a larger transmission bandwidth.
11 times fits ordinary Shimano HG freewheels, is also compatible with non-Shimano providers if Shimano has delivery difficulties again.

Less is more. You have a motor.
The clamping width between the largest and the smallest gear is more decisive.
Whether 11 or 12 times is more of secondary importance. You won’t notice a difference in everyday life.
