Shaving your butt sometimes causes stabbing pain?

I'm a man and shaved my butt a little bit a week ago with a dry razor. Yesterday, for the first time, I felt a sharp pain for a few seconds, and just now, I felt it again briefly while urinating. I've often seen people go to the hospital because of ingrown hairs on their buttocks. Should I be worried?
