Severe breathing problems in the morning?
I don't know what to do anymore and neither does my doctor.
Every morning I have severe breathing problems and find it hard to breathe.
The asthma spray only helps to a limited extent. No one knows for sure whether it's asthma. But it does help somewhat.
I also have chronic reflux and a house dust mite allergy.
Sometimes I'm lucky and it improves during the day. But not always.
I also have to constantly clear my throat and am extremely short of breath.
Heart check was normal. I'm a non-smoker, not overweight, and in my late 30s….
I am very desperate and really don't know what to do anymore.
I'd love to get rid of these damn problems and live a normal life again. It's costing me so much quality of life.
Does anyone have similar problems or any tips or advice?
I am really grateful for every comment.
I'm under medical care, as mentioned above. It's not like I'm just letting it happen.
I think this is the answer – va, if it is better during the day.
Have you ever been to the sleep lab?
In the sleep lab? Why?
Can a house dust mite allergy cause such violent symptoms?
well!
is your sleep relaxing? Do you have a dry mouth in the morning?
Well, I’d get your job to a sleep lab. Most of the time, it is easiest to go to a pneumologist who can then direct you.
No, my legs are absolutely fine. It feels like a kind of fog in the chest in the morning after standing up……but also only in the upper breast area….so about from the collarbone to the nipples. And as I said…sometime this fog dissolves during the day and I can breathe a little better. But there are also days, there is so bad that I cannot breathe properly all day.
I don’t. but perhaps the questioner?
I’d like to sign that. Do you have heavy or swollen legs in the evening?
Right. So: sleep apnea testing in the sleep laboratory
That would be a breather, right?
This would not be good.
just: sounds evtl after sleeping apnoesyndrom (possibly in addition to other problems as mentioned)
I’m always tired and muddy. I never really feel slept. I wake up 1 to 2x the night because my nose is clogged. Then usually take 1 sprayer nasal spray. I also have a dry mouth more often. Always have a glass of water standing on the nightstand.
