Setting up the Canon Pixma G4511?

Hello everyone,

While trying to scan some pages, I noticed that the device's connection to my PC (Windows 10) via a FritzBox was no longer working. A message appears on the printer display stating that the WPS connection failed due to a timeout.

As a last resort, I tried a reset, but it didn't work even after unplugging and replugging the power cord.

There is no help available on the Canon website regarding this.

Does anyone know what to do?

Hello,

did the WPS connection work before?

So you press the WPS button on the Fritzbox and then on the turned-on printer.

The printer should be in the immediate vicinity of the Fritzbox.

Once the verb is made, the printer can also stand further away, but not by 2 ceilings or so
