Here is the link to the WhatsApp Messenger in the App Store. When you open the link on iPhone, the App Store app should open.

If the app should be incompatible, the reason will be displayed there.

Can it be that it is a very old iPhone, where maximum iOS 11 is running on it?

WhatsApp currently requires at least iOS 12. Therefore, the app may be incompatible.

Why don’t you have access to WhatsApp and co?

If you have an old iPhone before this, you can set up the new one by quick start: https://support.apple.com/de-de-de/HT210216

Alternatively, this also goes with a current iPhone backup.

If you had an Android smartphone beforehand, you can transfer your data to the new iPhone with the “Transfer to iOS” app: https://support.apple.com/de-de-de/HT201196

Unfortunately I don’t know WhatsWeb and don’t know how to create a backup and transfer it to another device.

Did you have an iPhone before that?

I only understand the problem now. You don’t see WhatsApp at all.

As said, the minimum requirement for WhatApp iOS 12. That means that on your iPhone, iOS 12 or later must be installed.

Open the settings on your iPhone, type “General”, then “Info” and see what version you see on “iOS version”.

What kind of iPhone model did you get exactly?

Don’t understand the problem, why iTunes?

Updates are loaded by iPhones directly from the internet, via WLAN. You can also download WhatsApp directly from the AppStore.

On iPhone?
Open the AppStore and download WhatsApp.

Then you need to look for WhatsApp, not for WhatsApp Web. You don’t need iTunes to install apps.
