Set of Augsburg threads 140 pieces Bruckmann?

Hello everyone,

I received a set of cutlery. Augsburg thread by Bruckmann, 90s silver-plated. Does anyone know anything about this and can help me tell me what it's worth? The local dealer only wants to give me €250.

Hello Daffy23,

Sure, a trader pays you the least, he wants to earn something.

For the manufacturer who is not interested, the cutlery is melted.

If you get it on eBay & Co., of course, a lot more.

I suspect that 140 parts are best corners for 12 people!

But you should not offer it completely, but make the effort to offer the menu, appetizer, table tops for 6 people.

I also see a fish cutlery; the same for 6 people.

To this end, the many serving, inlay parts individually; many look for supplements.

The model Augsburger Thread is still popular.

It's connected to a lot of work, but it would be worthwhile.

Important: Good photos, exact description with condition; possibly polish before.

The 24 parts are

  1. a Tableware , this is the longest, length approx. 24cm
  2. Menu cutlery approx. 22cm length
  3. Appetizer cutlery 20 cm length

that should be sorted/ordered first.

Hi Daffy,

with approx. €14.00 per kilo, knife with approx. 7.00€ per kilo.

If you know the age plus 0.5 more if before 1940.

Right here counts only the weight, you find a Liebaber will increase the yield.
