Since I'm not allowed to wear any facial piercings for work, except for my tongue piercing, is there a jewelry/retainer I can use that won't fall off but will stay in place? The horseshoe will come down a bit after a while.

Du kannst dich mal im Piercingstudio schlau machen weil ich glaube nicht jeder benutzt eine Banane fürs Septum.
Eine Banane ist kein guter Ersteinsatz fürs Septum und bei den meisten Menschen deutlich sichtbarer als der normale Hufeisenring.
Ich trage manchmal durchsichtige Retainer. Völlig unsichtbar
Normalerweise hat man ja einen 1,6mm Hufeisenring als Ersteinsatz – und der wird meistens ein wenig aufgebogen damit er gut zur initialen Schwellung passt. Nach der Abheilung kann der Piercer den Ring einfach wieder etwas zusammendrücken damit der gut zur Nase passt. Oder man probiert mal eine Nummer kleiner an…
Mein Septumpiercing klappt nie von alleine runter, das wäre beim Piercen auch echt störend…

Das misst der Piercer normalerweise ja aus – bei manchen Menschen sind das 6 oder 8 oder 10 oder auch 12mm. Es gibt ja keine Einheitsnase…
