Can you lower your cholesterol level by paying attention to your diet, exercising daily and generally losing some weight?

My stepfather has high cholesterol, and I'm worried about him. He's already overweight for his weight. Can I help with the points mentioned above, or won't that help much?

Hello,

You are what you eat…. For the first time, it is important to examine what is being fed to the body every day… Even cooking, balanced and healthy is important… Drink water / tea or much more… Just put on water / tea and 1- 3 cups of coffee (if it goes black), you lose weight automatically and give the body the opportunity to clean.

The 16/8 rule helps very well so that the body can additionally detoxify.

Ps: Eggs are allowed to eat quietly, they have HDL and LDL cholesterol… Meide finished products and too much sweet.
