Shipment not in the packing station?
Hello,
Recently, a package was supposed to be delivered to the Packstation, and I wanted to pick it up the next day. When I got there, it just said "This number is unknown at this Packstation." I was there every day for the next few days. Now four days have passed. I haven't received any further information.
Probably got lost, right?
Has anyone had a similar experience? What can I do to make it appear?

What’s in DHL’s broadcast tracking? There should actually be where your package is up to date.

Were you at the right packing station? Also compare Packstation numbers in the broadcast status and on the notification card. Otherwise you have to call the DHL hotline.
Maybe your package was redirected to another packing station? Pay attention to the exact number and postcode of the packaging station.
Lastly, I had the problem that there are two packing stations near me with the same number, but different postal codes. The package was redirected to the wrong packing station…
Did you have the show delivered directly to a packing station, or was it taken because you couldn’t meet at home? If the former is the case, you probably don’t have a DHL account and no mail number, so you can’t identify and you don’t get to your package ran

Did you just scan the wrong code? The fact that this is lost in so short is rather unlikely
