Send my order to me from the parcel shop?

I had my package delivered to a parcel shop through Otto. Unfortunately, I can't pick it up myself, and it's too big to carry. So I was wondering if I could have my package sent to me online from there?
The order was delivered to a Hermes parcel shop and I cannot pick it up personally. For some reason, my daughter cannot pick it up either because the allocation was refused and I was told I would have to pick it up personally.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. Please contact Otto Customer Service. They will, however, charge a flat fee for the service.
With a power of attorney and the pickup card with your ID, your daughter should also be able to pick it up.
Unfortunately, that didn't work. I was told I had to pick it up in person.
