Semester ticket + disability card = take 2 people?

Hello,

With a student NRW semester ticket, you can take one adult with you on public transport on weekends.

With a disability card (with symbol B) you can also take a companion with you free of charge.

So is it possible to combine this and take two people on the train for free on the weekend?

Maybe someone here has experience with this, even if it's a very specific question 🙂
