Selling a car – residual value exchange – defects/claims?

Hello, I would like to sell my damaged car to the highest bidder on a salvage exchange (AutoOnline). The appraiser has listed it there.

The offer is binding for one week with a fixed price. What about defects and subsequent claims? Are these excluded?

Is it still possible for the dealer (buyer) to make any claims after the purchase, even regarding undetected defects in the car? Is payment made in advance via bank transfer or at the appointment?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the procedure for selling via the residual value exchange (AutoOnline) and what the legal implications are.

An expert opinion is available

the appraiser has listed the item in a residual value exchange

I am sure that the report is available for anyone interested and therefore no one can do anything to you afterwards.

In addition, the dealers/recyclers operating there know what is going on with the boxes and buy them precisely for this reason

Nope, this is not a normal playground like autoscout or mobile
