Selbstständigkeit während der Ausbildung?
Guten Tag,
gerne würde ich mal wissen wie sich genau verhält. Ist es problematisch, wenn ich mich während der Ausbildung in dersselben bzw. ähnlichen Tätigkeit selbstständig mache?
Online finde ich dazu nur das es ein Ausschlusskriteium sein kann, aber andererseits womit sollte ich mich sonst Selbstständig machen?
Und da ich mich nicht von heute auf morgen Selbstständig machen möchte oder gar kann, würde ich mir gerne anfangen etwas aufzubauen.
Zu mir ich mache seit 2 Jahren eine Ausbildung im Bereich Film, dazu arbeite ich noch in einem Nebenjob.
Da ich immer öfter Anfragen bekomme, ob ich nichtmal hier oder da etwas für sie machen könnte ist natürlich schon die überlegung da, sich selbstständig zu machen und dann mehr Zeit für die Anfragen zu haben.
Ich würde noch mehr Praxis bekommen, Geld für das was ich tue und könnte mir noch besser schon einen Kundenstamm aufbauen.
Daher die Frage, bevor ich meinen Chef mit so einer Idee konfrontiere, ob ich das überhaupt so machen kann, wie ich mir das vorstelle oder ist davon abzuraten? Wenn ja, warum?

Well, that’s what you’re doing before and the customers are completely different from my employer. My boss’s customers are big companies and I’m more private. ICh only wanted to know how it was from the law, because there is only the conflict of interest as a possibility for a recognition.
You need permission – best written – from your boss!
There could be a conflict of interest, before all, when you grab the company’s customers or work a lot cheaper… < then you're a direct competition for your training business.
It would be better if you brought new customers to the company. You may even have a commission in it! Speak – bonus payment!
