Self-closing hinge that opens when weight is applied?

I'm looking for a solution.

The following problem: There's an opening in the aquarium. Unfortunately, condensation is leaking out. I need the opening for feeding.

The idea is this: A flap that opens downward as soon as weight (i.e., food) is placed on it. Once the food (i.e., weight) is removed, the flap should close again.

Does anyone have any ideas? Or are there small hinges that close a flap (horizontally) and can be adjusted/tensioned based on weight, for example, or something like that?

The hinge does not close, but the flap. I assume that the flap is horizontal in the closed state and opens downwards. Then you weld a small rod with adjustable weight on the flap. If a certain load is exceeded, the plaque opens; the feed falls down and the flap closes again.
