This is an absolutely contrary reaction that often exists in shock states and trauma.

You do not try to take the experience so hard and have “Galgenhumor”.

Think that this will stop again if you have caught yourself a little and processed your nervous breakdown.

Many people react paradoxically in such situations.

Good for you.

So with me, it’s usually that I can make trauma better if I can laugh with others. Even though it might be better with me, I would take it more seriously.

I think it’s just a way to get that clear.

Well… depends on how to formulate it, and if you’re a fool in the situation people laugh about one and it’s happy to see people laughing even when it’s about me

I also mean laugh and it helps somehow

I think it’s good if you can laugh about it. Surely not every person thinks about how I am.

It’s normal. A lot of jokes handle the seriousness of a situation.
