Microsleep WHILE driving… Was I lucky?
Hello… a really dangerous situation happened to me today. Unfortunately, I slept very little today, I couldn't… but then I drove. But that was only because I felt very fit and alert. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, because just a short time later, I fell asleep for about three seconds at a speed of 90-120 km/h—more like 100-120 on a country road, and actually even went off the road slightly. Not quite, otherwise I'd probably be in the hospital by now, wouldn't I? But it was incredibly close. I just barely managed to save myself by steering sharply to the left to get back on the road. Unfortunately, I never knew how quickly something like that could happen (microsleep).
Could I have died there, or how likely, and was I lucky? I've really learned from it now. I'm still in a state of shock. I slept for an extra hour before the trip, which is probably why I feel fit and awake.

Hey, apart from what you would have put you and others in danger, this would be a §315c StGB. Because of this, you would be deprived of your driving licence for at least 6 months plus a proper fine.

My cousin has Narkolepsie(second sleep(and went on the highway in a guide because he fell asleep.
Are brother and he had great luck.
After many investigations, he came out to have nakolepsie and accordingly gets medication and can drive again.

So an important rule is that you should never drive car if you have slept very little, because if you just get off the road and silly hits anywhere, for example against a tree, with 90-120 km/h then that can end fatal. So I would say yes you had luck
