No status change at DPD for days, what's going on?

Hello,
I bought something on eBay classifieds and the friendly seller (with top rating) prepared the package straight away and handed it over to DPD the following day, Thursday.

Since then, the tracking information still says "1:53 PM – The package was handed over to DPD at a Pickup parcel shop." I've tried it via browser and app, but there's been no change.

I have an appointment on Monday and would really like to know when I can expect the package, because it's quite heavy and I'll have to go and pick it up later. I was hoping it would arrive on Saturday… Oh man 🙄

Statusmeldungen müssen nicht immer aktuell sein.
Das Paket wird schon noch kommen.
Was ich Dir sicher sagen kann: Heute wird es wohl eher nicht kommen.

Und heute ist es immer noch nicht da, weder eine Statusänderung

Du kannst die Versenderin bitten, bei dpd nachzufragen. Du kannst abwarten. Mehr kannst Du nicht tun.

Warte bis Montag Nachmittag. Kann noch im Laden liegen oder im Lkw und noch nicht gescannt sein.
