Hello, I've had colicky stomach pains in the right-hand area for 3 days. The doctor said I should take paracetamol for it. My last bowel movement was 2 days ago and my inflammation levels are high. The ultrasound showed that everything was fine apart from a bit of air in my stomach. Is this an intestinal obstruction?
