I’m vegetarian, tending vegan, but I didn’t primarily stop eating meat because I didn’t like it, but because I didn’t like the idea that so much suffering is associated with it. Once I’ve seen a docue, and my bad conscience has grown the months more and more because I realized that I could never kill an animal myself, that it was not hard for me to completely give up meat from today. A few years later, other animal products like milk were added, which I never liked as a child. I rarely eat them in social situations.

Well, if a farmer with the mowing machine boarded over the field to harvest vegan food, a lot of suffering is also caused. Nourishing oneself purely vegetable means not to cause animal suffering.

I know, but it is reduced Sorry. You don’t always have to do everything after the whole or even non-sheme. Unfortunately, I can’t feed on air and light alone, even if that’s brilliant.

Thank you. Cows in the dairy industry suffer much more than an animal that may die during the harvest because it is not exploited for its life.

That’s true – if you disregard the removal of the calves…

Even with the so-called mother cow, the mothers scream for days and weeks after their half-wives!

Not really. If you drink cow’s milk from the pasture, you don’t eat vegan anymore, but you still cause less dead and fragmented animals than if you drink oat milk or almond milk (no nutritional values).

You don’t always have to do everything after the whole or even non-Schema

Correct. But if one wants to reduce suffering, one should already resort to the foods which actually cause less suffering.

We like meat. We buy it at the butcher we have known for many years and deliberately dispense with the meat activities of the wholesale distributors. Clearly in a 2 person household this is easier than for a family.

Meat

I used to talk about vegetarianism with an ecotrophologist. The pure leaving of meat is not good for the body. It is very complicated and it is necessary to know well in order to be able to replace meat to some extent without falling into the area of ‘fishing’. – There are amino acids that the body needs urgently, and are ONLY in the flesh.

I will not respond to comments. This gives an endless discussion, an eternal hint that leads to nothing.

No, there isn’t. The amino acids that the body urgently needs are called essential amino acids. These must be supplied in sufficient numbers and in the correct ratio, so that the body can build the protein required for muscle building and maintenance (= Protein biosynthesis). These essential amino acids are

and are available in both plant and animal food.

I must admit, I like to eat occasionally too good(!) Meat, I don’t want to miss it. But I also like to eat vegetarian….

Therefore, I drastically reduced my consumption of meat for various reasons (health, animal welfare, environment….). At home we used to have meat almost every day, today with me very little 1-max. 2x from the butcher of my trust…

Vegetarian, I just don’t like meat. That’s what happened in my childhood, I’ve already eaten it extremely badly. Later, this has developed you a real reluctance. So at some point, I completely forgot. I don’t miss it.

partly.

I am extremely merciful with my eating habits, most likely I like lean meat that is not too much seasoned with a smoking zb or something like turkey, most likely diner meat, but most often only if I have my days.

Then I am like son half-pregnant in eating habits sometimes, otherwise I like more vegetarian, as I do less thought about it, also because of hormones, it’s just that it’s not so hard for animals to live, it is also so that they are almost completely drugged because of possible diseases, and that’s not so cool, no plan as much of it really remains at the end.

Most vegetarians do not give up meat because they do not like it, but for ethical, social, ecological and health reasons.

HikoKuraiko

Neither. Feed me vegan and also use hygiene articles and cleansing only things with vegan label.

I eat very little meat, so every 3 months 1x. Then only organic. Sausage I haven’t eaten for almost two years. Bin Flexitarier.

So I eat meat because I find that meat supplies many nutrients.

You shouldn’t eat meat every day unless you’re an athlete.

Then it could go.

But it’s very fat. I would like to think that you can also live vegan/vegetarian and that is probably healthier.

But everyone can try.

Because to live vegetarian or even vegan is a great overcoming!

My favorite dish is Chicken Gumbo with pineapples and cinnamon sticks in a creole style. Nonetheless, I decided to live vergetarisch.

Why?

Because when I visited a farm I didn’t finish killing a chicken with my own hands to eat it for my pleasure.

I like meat, in reasonable quantities and of good (bio) quality.

As a child of the 60s it is not used to any meal and to have meat on the plate every day.

I love meat. Do not have a problem with eating vegetarian.

Be vegetarian

I feed mainly pescetaric (vegetarian plus fish) because it is proven that the healthiest diet is a pesco-vegetarian diet (pescetarism). This includes fish, vegetable food and animal products such as eggs, milk and milk products. After that follows the vegetarian diet, then the vegan diet. The most healthy diet is a diet where much red meat and sausage are eaten.

do you like meat?

Yeah, I like it.

How can “life” arise from killed animals??

SyncMaster2253

Reply to  Honeysuckle18

The spell is actually just to say what you stand on. From me, you can say… Fishing is Life! Or “TV is life!” … Meat is Life means only meat is life, but nowhere does it come to life through a dead animal (from me also humans or insect).

Otherwise, if we want to refer it to your dead animals, you can say that you now get valuable nutrients/contents through meat, which can actually make sure you live longer. A life for another, in this sense. Apart from the fact that you can still starve as well as many other foods and it keeps you alive accordingly. And people who suffer from a lack of blood can compensate for it, for example, by bloody (rib) meat. (When you have to say that you always have to be careful. Pig meat, for example, rather roasted.) Whether the animal is dead is actually marginal, because in principle it is only about meat. If meat would grow on trees, that would be something else but that is not the case.

If we want to continue to philosophize, we can also say that meat is now a life. Without meat, there would not be us either, because in principle we consist only of meat and blood. Or we would consist of quite different substances. But we also consist of minerals, proteins, fats, etc. People and animals share a lot. Therefore, it is also important for the person who is meat or Blood increases. As well as many animals. And we must not forget that we human beings are born as carnivores. What happens after that, everyone has to decide.
