I had sex, and I was one day before ovulation. It's been 12 days, and I just did a Clearblue test, and it was negative. How sure can I be? I don't want to get pregnant, so I'm a bit paranoid.
If the ovulation test is positive, does the pill still help?
For almost all photos of supposedly “positive” Tests and questions about “weak lines” I wonder why the questioners assume that the test manufacturers want to trigger a big riddle rate…
A test carried out correctly and at the right time and read out is positive when a second thick, bold, colored line (or a plus) appears in the result field.
If a weak test line appears within the reading period, it may be a pregnancy at a very early stage – e.g. before the period remains.
If such a weak line appears later, it is not a pregnancy, but rather a “evaporation line”. Then this “result” is invalid. But even this is not visible here!
If you look at the test with argus eyes from all sides, you can see the basis of the test field. This, however, is not a reaction with the enzymes present thereon, then a clear discoloration would already be evident within the reading time.
In the case of uncorrected intake errors/exchange effects, a breakthrough ovulation (unwanted spontaneous ovulation) can occur. But this is then in temporal connection with the error, but not with a “natural cycle”.
A commercially available pregnancy test from the pharmacy, drugstore market, well-sorted supermarket or shipping trade will deliver a relatively reliable result (over 99%) from about 19 days after the last unprotected intercourse (here in connection with a contraceptive application error).
However, the test is too early and can’t show anything yet.

I see a very light shadow, but Clearblue tends to light stripes, even if there is nothing, I was already with me and with a friend. You can repeat the test, but I would definitely go to the doctor if the period does not yet come.
With me, 3 or 4 tests were negative at the 2nd child, but I just “wondered” that I was pregnant. You get absolute certainty with the doctor.

In fact, this is worth my experience when you go next week because you can’t see anything yet (only blood test) and is uncertain whether it may have been nested outside the womb.
So I already have relatively bad eyes, but I definitely see a line. Whether it is an HCG line or a evaporation line is not known. Just make a test again. If the one should be negative and you want to get pregnant then write back to the answer. I have some tips that worked with me and friends.

So with me and all my friends has helped poteless ( 2 tablespoons) water (100ml) and honey (1 teaspoon) in the morning 🙂

I don’t know anything on the photo, nor do I know a shadow. If you do another test in 1-2 days to be sure, then the result should be clear. With me, the tests in both children were on the 1st. Day very positive.
