Hello, I jumped into a small ditch and then I almost collapsed because my left knee hurt so much, as if it were burning violently. How does this kind of pain occur? Can it be prevented? The same thing happened to me a few years ago when I was playing soccer and kicking the ball. I kicked the ball, and then I had the same pain in my knee. I couldn't stand up because of the pain.
