Sehr sehr starke schmerzen beim Schlucken?

Ich weiß ich habe so ähnlich die Frage gestern schon gefragt , aber es ist jetzt richtig schlimm geworden .
Ich habe es jetzt geschafft endlich Mal ein paar Stunden zu schlafen , aber meine schmerzen beim Schlucken sind jetzt richtig heftig geworden . Wenn versiche zu schlucken muss ich voll meine Augen Zusammenkneifen und der Schmerz zieht bis in die Ohren .
Meine Mutter ist nicht da und ich bin jetzt den ganzen Tag allein zuahse . Bis 12:00-13:00 wird sie auch nicht erreichbar sein …
Was soll ich tun ? Wenn ich kranbin habe. Ich immer Halsschmerzen aber nicht nie so extreme wie jetzt .
Soll ich allein zur Apotheke und fragen ob dieir etwas gegen den schmerz geben können ? Kriege ich überhaubt alleine etwas ?
Wir haben so ein inhalier gerät , sollte ich das Benutzen ?
