Very severe period pain?

Hey

I (15) am really getting desperate. Every time I have my period I have unbearable pain. I'm always so exhausted, I break out in sweats, just cry and sometimes throw up because the pain is so bad. Plus I always feel like I'm about to faint. And the problem is that nothing helps me. I've tried everything. Not even a relatively high dose of painkillers helps, and I've tried various different ones too. I simply don't know what to do anymore because it's real torture every time. I've already been to the gynecologist about it, but he only offered me the pill, and I don't want to take that either. Does anyone have any tips on what else I can do?

I am grateful for all answers

Go to the gynecologist and see if you could have endometriosis. Such pain is not normal.

Magnesium, Vitamin C and Quercin. You should also have an examination of endometriosis. Above mentioned micronutrients will certainly help with something because it helps the body to process that, less cramped ect

Ever checked your diet? In countries where almost only BASISCH is eaten, women have hardly any problems with this. So reduce fat and sugar, fruit vegetables and little fast food.

I’d try the pill, I guess there’s nothing else that can help.

Otherwise you could try sports, yoga for example, which then of course regularly.

You should let your female doctor examine you for endometriosis.
