Super hot sourcing is a sensational thing, so the one can and do that, others it is too hot. PUNKT!

Healthy sauna is in general already with an overheating of the body, sweating and the subsequent “shocking off” so cold casting on the body so that the vessels quickly get together again. The recovery is, however, rather obtained by the regularity and not by the temperature.

So you should ask the other way: Is VERY HEISS Saunieren UNGESUND?

And no, as long as you feel “good” yourself and do not suffer “infractions”, i.e. the body actually damages, it is NOT unhealthy.

Unhealthy is a world championship that existed until 2010 and in which it was actually about “who holds it the longest” in a sauna cabin with 130 degrees basic temperature and half a liter of water infusion per 30 seconds.
Under the supervision of arbitrators of course and television, the Finns have made this world championship over 10 years. By 2010 in the final fight, one of the two participants actually overhearded that he died on the spot (visit live) even though the arbitrators immediately broke the fight when the two did not report correctly by “handmarks” (rules). The surviving Timo Kaukonen survived this competition only by a three-month (artificial) coma and some skin transplications …
I know Timo personally, the story corresponds to the truth and is also completely readable on the Internet.
So much for MEGA – Heiss Saunieren als “Wettkampf”, of course it was NOT healthy, it was even fatal!
Since then, this world championship is NOT more!
Fifteen years ago, this was… madness.

So “very hot” soaking is relative, because each one understands “very hot” another “feeling”. But since I myself belong to the “Heiss – Saunierern”… but in the context of a public sauna (Immer auf der Obere Bank) I can guarantee that it is NOT unhealthy!

But on the other hand it is also not healthier than on the lowermost bank to sow!
A sauna with only 75 degrees (also without infusion) is of course healthy!

And if you “believe” that you belong to the “hard” dogs – sourners, who can “plug” large heat well, then visit the Sauna Knights in Hesse, the saunas are always extremely hot!
They were two numbers too much for me, because the ones (in my eyes) are insane..

Good luck!

Red spots are first-grade burns. They are not cured after three days when you go back to the sauna, you want to put another strain on the pre-damaged fabric. This can’t go well for a long time and it will lead to bruising and to the destruction of tissue.

Nana… Marbleize is called these red spots, because they often look like marble.. I’ve had these spots more often after excessive pouring, but at the end of the sauna evening and cozy chills in the pool they had disappeared again.

However, Marbleizations are not red but rather bluish. With me anyway.
